THE SPOT
1st Planned Outdoor Food street and Entertainment Area of Faisalabad
The spot is planned as a large scale family entertainment hub of Faislabad. It will bring joy to all age groups. It consists of 3 zones.
First is a dinosaur themed park for kids. Second is a pedestrian paved landscape similar to that in downtowns in big cities around
the world for young adults and adults. Third is a children’s play area. The spot has cafes and resteraunts overlooking a jumping
fountain. So even grandparents can take their grand children for some fun and everyone can have a good time.
The new developments which are a big success and very crowded in nearby cities have outdoor seating. For example Raya
Fairways and Mall 1 in Lahore. But no such place has been made in Faislabad yet. People like to sit outside in generous spaces,
breathe fresh air and take instagram-able pictures in natural lighting. Hence we have dedicated a huge length of 40 feet to
walkways and outdoor seating.

You can own three stories of a commercial building at The spot. This will have a covered area of 1912 square feet. This building is ideal for opening a cafe or a resteraunt or even a shopping outlet.
Basement of this building can be used for kitchen and storage. Ground floor can be used as main cafe bar counter and seating. And first floor can be all seating.
Total floors of one building unit is 4. 4th floor space is for a separate apartment or office space with a separate access from the back. If you wish to buy this floor aswell and own the entire building unit, that option is also available.
One side of the building is facing The Spot and the other side is facing a road and parking area. This provides best of both worlds as there is easy access to building for customers because they can park their cars right in front of the building and also enjoy the view of parks and urban space of The Spot.
